Katherine Houser-Rodriguez is a results-oriented finance professional with substantial expertise in portfolio management, collateral exam, and underwriting for middle market and corporate banking environments. She has over 25 years of diverse asset-based lending experience in structured finance, commercial finance, commercial banking, due diligence, regulatory/compliance matters, and cash flow lending.

As a Senior Managing Director at Tiger Valuation Services, Houser co-leads Tiger’s Field Examination team offering the highest quality field exam products and services, including standard field exams, pre-loan surveys, recurring field exams, takeovers & takedowns, specialized engagements and more.

Just prior to joining Tiger, Houser was a partner at Infinity ABL Services, co-leading a team of quality third-party field examiners providing timely collateral monitoring services for financial partners.

Prior to Infinity, Houser was the National Exam Manager for the commercial bank within Wells Fargo, where she managed a team of 50 collateral examiners, management, and administrative staff. Prior to Wells Fargo, Houser held several roles within the ABL world: Relationship Manager, Underwriter and Operations Manager.  She has also completed additional professional training courses through the CFA-Field Examiner School and CFA-Inventory Finance Workshop.

Houser lives in the Charlotte, NC area with her family. She graduated from Belmont Abbey College with Honors. Houser is also a CFE, a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
