Position Overview: We are seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Senior Director of Business Development to spearhead growth in the New York City and New England markets. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive new business, strengthen key relationships, and play a pivotal role in expanding Tiger Valuation Services’ market share and brand presence. You will be responsible for managing and executing a range of business development initiatives, including building lasting partnerships, representing Tiger at industry events, and identifying emerging market trends to position our services effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Market Expansion: Significantly drive the growth of our appraisal volume and market share within the New York City and New England regions.

Relationship Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with asset-based lenders, private equity sponsors, financial professionals, and other key decision-makers in the market.

Cross-Sell and Leverage Business Units: Identify and create opportunities to cross-promote Tiger’s full range of services to new and existing clients.

Event Strategy and Execution: Strategize, organize, and execute high-impact client events and represent Tiger at industry events to enhance brand visibility and business development.

Market Intelligence & Solutions: Monitor market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and develop actionable insights to deliver customized, solution-oriented proposals to clients.

 

Qualifications:

Proven ability to build and maintain influential relationships with industry professionals and clients in the market.

A client-centric mindset with the enthusiasm to drive growth and deliver exceptional value to clients.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions both verbally and in writing.

Strong strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities and act as a self-starter in achieving goals.

Collaborative team player with the ability to integrate effectively with cross-functional teams.

High level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

10-15 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within asset management, financial services, or a related field.
