Job Title: Inside Sales Manager – Investment Recovery & Surplus Assets (Energy & Industrial Sectors)

Job Summary: Tiger is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to engage with buyers, ensure online marketplace compliance, close transactions, and drive continuity within our B2B marketplace focused on the energy industry. This role is responsible for negotiating private treaty sales, providing high-level asset valuations, and supporting sellers in optimizing their surplus asset transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, expertise in surplus asset management, and experience in online B2B marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with buyers to facilitate transactions and enhance their marketplace experience.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain continuity in online sales operations.
- Negotiate private treaty sales, ensuring optimal outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
- Conduct high-level valuations for customers looking to sell oil and gas surplus assets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sellers, buyers, and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to support accurate asset valuations and sales strategies.
- Provide guidance to the sales team in guiding their sellers in listing their assets effectively, ensuring quality descriptions, images, and accurate pricing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize online sales processes and improve marketplace efficiency.
- Conduct buyer research and development, leading to growth of registered buyers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries related to transactions and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B marketplace management, asset disposition, or a related field within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing private treaty sales.
- Experience in online B2B marketplaces and knowledge of compliance requirements.
- Ability to perform high-level asset valuations based on market trends and historical data.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data analytics, and digital sales platforms.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced remote environment.
