Job Title: Global Account Manager – Investment Recovery & Surplus Assets (Energy & Industrial Sectors)

Location: Remote

Job Summary:
Tiger is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Account Manager to oversee and grow business organically from existing contracts within the energy and industrial sectors. This role will be responsible for managing global accounts, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of investment recovery and surplus asset programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of asset recovery, B2B e-commerce sales, and sustainable asset disposition practices, along with a strong background in account management and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global accounts, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage and grow business organically from already signed contracts by identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings.
  • Oversee the execution of investment recovery and surplus asset management programs for existing clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align service delivery with client needs and corporate sustainability goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in asset disposition and recovery to provide value-added insights to clients.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on account performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and optimize account management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to asset recovery and disposition.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Account Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in account management, customer service, investment recovery, or surplus asset management within the energy and industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of asset disposition strategies, secondary markets, and account management best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage global accounts and drive organic business growth.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, data analytics tools, and account management platforms.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment with global reach.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
